Job description

America's Preferred Home Warranty (APHW) is excited to present a great career opportunity! Our organization offers a unique work culture founded on Christian values and takes pride in focusing on our employees first.

Position Details:

  • Wage: Starting at $12.00 per hr. + Commissions and Bonus Incentives
  • Hours of Work: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Tuesday-Saturday)

Day to Day:

  • Promote the APHW warranty program and ancillary offerings through phone and email contact
  • Call leads generated through company efforts that have indicated an interest in our warranty or may have an interest in our warranty; make contact with hard-to-reach customers
  • Lead management and documenting all activity while handling a large volume of work
  • Making 100+ phone calls per day and answering inbound calls using strong listening and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Ability to qualify, overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong telephone etiquette using tone and voice inflection
  • Flexible work hours
  • Consultative sales approach needed to generate sales and effectively communicate our value
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Strong background with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
