Customer Service:

• Resolving customer concerns and issues promptly.

Administration Tasks:
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to lodging postage refunds.
• Utilizing the Australia Post portal for processing and tracking shipments.
• Assisting with various tasks based on individual capabilities and business needs.
• Processing customer refunds on Shopify.
