Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our People Team, who will be the face of Casafari for anyone entering our Lisbon offices in Marques Pombal. This position is an onsite mornings only position (part-time).

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage company facilities, including plants, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services;
  • Maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience;
  • Ensure that office visitors feel welcome and comfortable, answering any questions, and transferring incoming callers to the appropriate lines or taking the necessary messages and forwarding them onwards;
  • Ensure that an updated register of all company IT equipment is maintained;
  • Provide support for all in-office events, helping with logistics and ensuring a great experience for all team members;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

 

What would you need to be successful in this position?

  • Prior experience working in an administrative role is a must;
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities along with the ability to prioritise tasks according to urgency and meet tight deadlines;
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of company information;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone;
  • Proficiency with office equipment, and aptitude for learning new software and systems;
  • Excellent listening and writing skills, as well as fluency in English, both spoken and written is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of Google tools, such as Documents, Sheets, Presentations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
