Summary of the Job:

 

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Wealth Management Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier wealth management professionals to support FNBO's growing wealth management division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, a proven track record in financial services recruitment, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber wealth management professionals, included but not limited to financial advisors, portfolio managers, trust officers, and private bankers.

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership in the Wealth Management division to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and specific role requirements.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, industry events, and referrals to build a robust proactive pipeline of qualified candidates in perpetuity.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with FNBO's culture, values, and technical requirements.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting talent acquisition in the wealth management sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, including executive search firms, industry associations, and alumni networks.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates and analytics on recruitment progress, market insights, and hiring trends to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years specializing in wealth management or financial services recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wealth management industry, including current trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level wealth management professionals.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements in the banking and wealth management sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $78,491.00-$129,509.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
