What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead creative strategy and roadmap for multiple clients, translating briefs from concept to execution.

  • Collaborate with analysts to leverage data insights and develop innovative, audience-tailored concepts.

  • Identify new opportunities to drive performance, enhance brand impact, and incorporate creative trends.

  • Produce high-quality static and video assets for social platforms and display ads, ensuring brand alignment.

  • Apply A/B testing to optimize performance and integrate solutions across art, strategy, and marketing teams.

  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment for experimentation and learning.

  • Share insights to promote team growth and refine best practices across the organization.

  • Act as lead creative contact in client meetings, aligning deliverables with expectations and managing timelines.

  • Support business development through design mock-ups and participation in talent interviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital design, with a portfolio showcasing strategic ad campaigns.

    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

    Experience creating for paid social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) 

    Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting creative concepts to clients and internal teams.

    Proven leadership in managing design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.

    Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments.

Tinuiti Bonus Based:

The hiring salary range for this role is ($70,000-80,000) plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to (8%) of base salary. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay,  and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
