What You Will Do:

  • As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology

  • From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.

  • As a Workday Delivery Director, you will:

  • Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.

  • Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.

  • Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.

  • Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.

  • Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment.

  • Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of TEN (10) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as a MINIMUM of FOURTEEN (14) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients

  • Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice

  • Exhibits robust knowledge of project management

  • Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.

  • This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse Office

  • Expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

  • Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar.

  • Master’s degree

  • Workday Project Management Certification

The annual salary range for this position is $219,500.00-$329,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
