What You’ll Do

This position combines strategic & operational marketing skills to effectively lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns & provide direction on digital media asset creation. The role incorporates multiple projects to promote brand awareness, engage existing customers, & ultimately drive growth for the STANLEY® BLACK + DECKER brands.

The Digital Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital media campaigns across EMEA ANZ markets; from campaign planning, content creation, campaign set up, execution, opimisation & measurement. 

A remote position with business operating hours within the CET zone. Please note that this position is not able to support visa sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets & KPIs are met
  • Driving campaign optimisation through all digital media channels (including Google, META, Twitch, Amazon, TikTok & LinkedIn)
  • Providing digital content expertise to ensure that the brand teams produce high-quality digital content assets, ensuring that they are optimised for the relevant campaign channels & will address campaign objectives
  • Ensuring that content is suitable for the target audience & consistent in look, feel & messaging throughout the campaign journey
  • Reporting on where drop-off points are across the campaign customer journey, providing solutions on how to improve results & driving the implementation of these improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance campaign & content strategies, recommending innovative ideas to drive further business growth
  • Be a great storyteller, translating data insights into clear actions & presenting these actions to an audience with varying levels of digital marketing experience

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data & develop an action plan driven by insights (Excel skills a necessity)
  • Strong project management & exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
