KitBash is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing global team and help bring our mission to life by executing impactful, world-class digital campaigns that connect our innovative products and features with creators at the forefront of the virtual world. The Marketing Campaign Manager will take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing multi-channel campaigns designed to drive engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention across our customer base.
This role will partner closely with team members in Marketing as well as across Content, Product, and Support to identify and act on opportunities that support our goals. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who thrives on planning and executing complex projects with precision and excellence, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
As a multi-faceted strategist and executor, the Marketing Campaign Manager will work across a diverse range of campaigns, spanning all stages of the funnel. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and refine foundational processes. As KitBash3D continues to grow, the Marketing Campaign Manager will have the chance to shape the role’s direction and take on expanded responsibilities including managing one or more future hires.
Location: This position can be remote or hybrid and is open to candidates based in CA, IL, IN, FL, OR, SC, TX, WA, and WI. Local candidates have the option to work out of our office located in Portland, Oregon.
What You'll Contribute
The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming our existing slate of campaigns into streamlined, repeatable processes to enable efficient execution and scalability as we grow.
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Partner with other members of the Marketing team as well as the Product team to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Project Management: Oversee campaign timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment across all team members to deliver campaigns on schedule. Facilitate campaign kick-offs, check-ins, and retrospectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and generate regular reports to assess effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Product, Sales, Content, Social Media, and Customer Support teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, timely, and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Track campaign budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that campaign costs are tracked and align with target ROI.
- Platform Management: Oversee key campaign-related platforms and tools (Shopify, Stripe, Ortto), ensuring smooth integration with analytics systems and optimal functionality.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring campaign types to improve efficiency. Lead campaign retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and incorporating learnings into future campaigns.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years in a marketing role with a focus on campaign management in SaaS or Ecommerce environments
- Proficient in Ortto or similar marketing automation platforms, with a proven track record in email marketing and customer engagement.
- Skilled in Google Analytics and MixPanel or similar data visualization tools, with a solid understanding of marketing analytics and KPI tracking.
- Strong project management skills with experience in organizing multi-step campaigns effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign execution and reporting.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary - We believe in transparency and fairness in our hiring process. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $70,000 - $90,000. Offers will generally fall within this range and take into account various factors including the responsibilities of the position, location of the applicant, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of where they may fall within the stated range.
