What You Will Do:
- Manage and lead the UAT process, ensuring comprehensive testing of system functionality before implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to define UAT testing scope and objectives for each project.
- Develop, document, and maintain UAT test plans, cases, scripts, and other testing documentation.
- Coordinate UAT test environment setup, data preparation, and testing logistics.
- Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to testing schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure that test results are thoroughly documented, including defect reporting and resolution tracking.
- Communicate UAT progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to prioritize and resolve defects.
- Continuously improve UAT processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage UAT timelines, ensuring that testing is completed within project deadlines.
- Conduct post-testing reviews and contribute to lessons learned for future projects.
- Abides by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
- If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
- Attends, completes, and demonstrates competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

Skills and Experience You Will Need:
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of UAT testing management experience.
- Experience with UAT for complex system implementations and upgrades.
- Proficiency in using UAT testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and testing efforts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring thorough testing and accurate issue identification.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing detailed UAT test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Experience or desire to utilize Cucumber/Selenium/Cypress.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report UAT progress and results to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and testing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired
- Experience working in a PBM or healthcare environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred
