About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Go To Market (GTM) Enablement Manager to build and lead a team responsible for the onboarding and ongoing education of all GTM teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can design and implement effective training programs, manage scheduling and delivery systems, and report on the efficacy of enablement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design, training delivery, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy to support the onboarding and continuous education of GTM teams.
  • Design, implement, and manage curriculum for industry knowledge, product knowledge, and the skills and tools required for team success.
  • Build and lead a team of enablement professionals to deliver training programs effectively.
  • Create and manage schedules and delivery systems for training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for GTM enablement initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep training programs relevant and effective.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a GTM enablement role, including curriculum design and training delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of enablement efforts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
