We’re looking for a Collection Specialist to join our team in Manila. You'll work with the Financial Controller and be the go-to person for contacting customers about overdue accounts. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with admin experience and a basic finance background – perfect for someone early in their finance career!
What you’ll be doing:
- Make 50+ outbound collection calls daily, maintaining a professional approach and building strong customer relationships.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to support ongoing collection efforts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in line with due dates.
- Identify reasons for account delinquency, collaborating with management and Sales Representatives to address issues.
- Work with collection agencies to resolve overdue accounts through regular communication.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns.

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of finance or entry-level finance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
