As a Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our claim systems are powered by accurate, up-to-date data while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. As a Data Administrator, you’ll be responsible for loading third-party datasets into our claim systems using various File Transfer Protocol (FTP) routines. You will work closely with IT to resolve data issues and ensure the smooth integration of external datasets. Your role will involve performing TPA dataset conversions, balancing data, and ensuring compliance with SOC controls. You’ll also conduct monthly analysis to ensure the completeness of datasets, working with our Data Quality Analyst to address any inconsistencies.
In this role, you will be an essential part of the team, collaborating with departments across the organization to obtain missing or inaccurate data and resolve any anomalies. You will also execute conversion routines and monitor changes in report data, while verifying coverage and reinsurance structures. Additionally, you will be involved in system testing and provide support for TPA system changes by working with the Insurance Data Analyst. Your expertise will be invaluable as you help maintain critical system support tables and ensure the integrity of excess loss data by performing WINS coding for the Reinsurance and Claim Department.
To succeed as a Data Administrator at Old Republic, you will need at least two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
