  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate various financial scenarios
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Oversee the accurate recording of all financial transactions
  • Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and accruals
  • Ensure smooth accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  • Maintain and enhance internal control policies and procedures
  • Streamline and optimize existing tools and processes over time
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks
Cash Management:
  • Oversee cash flow and working capital to support ongoing growth
  • Forecast short- and mid-term cash needs and optimize financial resources
Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Partner with leadership to develop long-term financial strategies
  • Perform scenario analyses to guide high-level decision-making
  • Present insights and recommendations during board meetings
Tax Management:
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure accurate tax planning and compliance
  • Oversee timely and precise filing of tax returns, with experience in consumer sales tax compliance preferred

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles
  • Expertise in cost and inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to manage monthly close processes for mid-market organizations
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and GL management
