ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our ONE HITS Business Support Team as a Patient Access Application Analyst for the Patient registration, Scheduling and Ambulatory Front Office modules.
This position will report to the ONE HITS Business Systems Manager and work closely with various technical, business and clinical teams supporting both ONE HITS projects and ongoing operational support.
The Patient Access team is responsible for level 2 day-to-day support of ONE HITS Member registration and scheduling departments including: issue resolution, system maintenance, ongoing system optimizations and implementation of system changes required by the team. This includes participating and supporting governance through team working groups and committees.
The Patient Access Application Analysts are a critical part of the ONE HITS project implementation team. This includes duties related to project planning, dictionary and system build, system testing, data conversion, training and support to Member sites during cutover and go-live. Adherence to standardization is followed in the creation of new MEDITECH Expanse content as defined by the project scope. A strong background in patient registration, hospital bed management and patient scheduling processes is needed to be successful in this role.
Our application teams have an important role to play as customer service representatives to our ONE HITS Member hospitals. Building and fostering relationships with the Member departments is critical to success.
