TTEC Digital seeks a Billing Coordinator to join our Cisco Partner Practice area. Candidates must be willing to interview and work in US-based time zones for this full-time opportunity.

The TTEC Digital Cisco Partner Practice builds customizable, comprehensive contact center solutions with the help of our over 450 experts across 11 Cisco Specializations, manage on-premise services, optimize contact centers, perform cloud migrations, and improve existing technology investments to fuel the exceptional customer experience (CX) for our clients’ customers.

Role Overview

As a Billing Coordinator, working remotely in the Philippines, you will partner with TTEC Digital Account team members to create and sustain healthy client commercial experiences. This includes but is not limited to, tracking the adoption of the CX products sold into the account and ensuring the proper invoice is created for, distributed to, and paid by the client.



What You'll be Doing:

  • Billing and Invoicing: 
  • Review and approve billable hours    
  • Calculate and apply invoice credits    
  • Review and approve invoices
  • Follow up on invoice payments 
  • Revenue forecasting management:
  • Calculate and sustain revenue forecast for assigned accounts
  • Administer Microsoft Dynamics Opportunities 
  • Service Reviews:
  • Review, track, and report on platform statistics that have commercial implications. This includes but is not limited to HW/SW license consumption and resource consumption, billable hours, and pass through 3rd party services, etc.

  • What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience working in customer billing support
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a commercial setting
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Experience using enterprise-class CRM or ERP systems (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics)
