Your Mission:
Madison Logic is eagerly seeking a Enterprise Sales Director who will share the same passion, drive and enthusiasm for data-driven, digital media solutions and wants to thrive in our energetic environment. This role will be the key consultant with some of the fastest growing brands in the global marketplace. Our team is the core of everything we do, and the selection process starts with you!
What You'll Do:Consultative sales of Madison Logic’s portfolio of B2B products to MarketersAchieve annual, monthly and quarterly sales targets [as defined on an annual basis]Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the RegionPenetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals and upsellDirectly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in region, as appropriateNegotiate pricing and contractual agreements Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goalsBe a digital marketing consultant to Madison Logic’s enterprise and mid-market clients, including staying abreast of digital marketing best practices and applying this knowledge to assist their portfolio of clients in meeting their revenue goalsWork collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding along with a white glove level of supportWork closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfactionPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedYour Profile/Qualifications:University Degree, or equivalent experience7+ years of quota carrying B2B sales, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise AccountsA track record of meeting annual targets in excess of 1 million USD2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company)Proven track-record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staffA consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbout You | Additional CharacteristicsKnowledge of Madison Logic and/or Account Based Marketing Industry and competitive landscape strongly preferredProactive mentality with superior follow-up skillsA strong technical aptitude to pitch our technically advanced platformConsultative sales styleStrong experience selling solutionsSuperior attention to detail & communication skillsA proactive roll-up-your-sleeves mindsetAbility to work under tight deadlinesA positive & collaborative attitudeIndia Specific Benefits:5 LPA Medical CoverageLife InsuranceProvident Fund ContributionsLearning & Development Stipend (Over-And-Above CTC)Wellness Stipend (Over-And-Above CTC)Transportation available for female team-members with shifts starting or ending between the hours of 9:30pm and 7:00amWelcoming in-office environment (located within AWFIS co-working space, Amanora Mall)Team members are encouraged to work collaboratively with an emphasis on results, not on hierarchy or titles.
