Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Program Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Campaign team. This role is critical in driving high-quality lead generation and enrollment growth for Tony Robbins’ transformational programs, including Results Coaching, Unleash Her Power Within, Inner Circle, and Business Accelerator.  

The Program Marketing Lead will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns designed to achieve continuity-based program success. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven marketer with expertise in high-ticket program marketing and funnel optimization. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Funnel Strategy and Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: 

    • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement effective multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, ads, social media, and content. 

    • Build and manage robust quiz funnels and CRM engagement strategies to qualify and convert high-quality leads. 

    • Drive top-of-funnel strategies that maximize engagement and long-term program enrollment. 

  • High-Impact Direct Response and Data-Driven Optimization: 

    • Develop and manage direct response funnels that drive high-ticket enrollments and continuity program engagement. 

    • Regularly monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics to enhance conversions, ROI, and client retention. 

    • Leverage data insights to implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Team Development: 

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging. 

    • Support the team in creative problem-solving and continuous improvement to achieve organizational objectives. 

    • Provide mentorship and training to team members to elevate performance and foster a culture of CANI (Constant And Never-ending Improvement). 

Requirements: 

  • Must-Have Qualifications: 

    • Demonstrated success in marketing and designing direct response funnels for high-ticket, subscription-based programs. 

    • Proven ability to manage campaigns with full KPI ownership, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets. 

    • Strong experience in data-driven digital strategy, including campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI measurement. 

    • Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and landing page builders. 

  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications: 

    • Knowledge of Tony Robbins’ brand, audience, and values, particularly in high-ticket personal development offerings. 

    • Technical expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), including A/B testing and lead-to-enrollment journey optimization. 

    • Basic copywriting experience and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
