Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mesa, AZ Time

Job Description
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the friendly voice that greets customers and guides them through the service process. Your ability to multitask and think quickly will ensure every call is handled efficiently, contributing to the company’s success. This role is pivotal in capturing customer needs, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding support throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet customers and actively listen to their service requests
  • Accurately capture customer information and details of their appliance repair needs
  • Utilize the dispatch system to seamlessly schedule service appointments based on technician availability
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding appointment times and any scheduling updates
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience, understanding, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
