Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
  • Minimum 20 hours per week

Scope:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts, focusing on Instagram and Facebook
  • Increase follower count and engagement rates
  • Develop a cohesive brand aesthetic across all social platforms
  • Create and curate content featuring product demonstrations and lifestyle imagery
  • Implement strategies to connect with golf enthusiasts and junior golf communities
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns to showcase products
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and growth

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies
    Create and manage a content calendar aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals
  • Produce engaging short-form video content and graphics
  • Optimize brand bio and overall social media presence
  • Engage actively with the target audience, especially during peak times
  • Analyze and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate on promotional content creation using existing and new visual assets

Requirements:

  • Knows graphic design with adobe illustrator
    2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably on Facebook and Instagram
  • Proficiency in creating short-form video content and graphics
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
