Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of medium-to-large sized projects, or smaller projects with significant complexity. The incumbent administers a project and project team throughout all phases of project; develops project plans; works with the finance partner to establish a project budget; maintains project documentation; analyzes projects, identifies issues and risks, and develops issue resolution and risk mitigation plans to maintain positive project health; ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools and delivers within approved budget, schedule, scope, and meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or ability to secure the PMP certification from the PMI within 12 months of placement in the job
- Minimum four (4) years of project management experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $93,018.00 - $133,869.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
