Job Description:

NetImpact Strategies is currently seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer Mid/Senior Level to join our team in support of a federal client. The ideal candidate will be well versed in ServiceNow offerings, as well as maintain significant experience and understanding of implementing and supporting ServiceNow’s Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) product suite. This is a fully remote, full-time position. 

 

Responsibilities 

As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD 
  • Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies.  
  • Collaborating with team members across teams within an agile framework 
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders. 
  • Working under only general direction, provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.  Independently determine and develop approach to solutions. 
  • Must maintain a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.   

 

Qualifications:

Required 

  • Secret Clearance Eligible 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification) Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 3+ years 
  • ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist. 
  • Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years. 
  • Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years. 
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills 

 

Preferred 

  • Agile certification, preferably with SAFe. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years. 
  • Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years. 
  • Experience mentoring junior development staff. 
  • Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years. 
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred 
  • Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years. 
  • Experience including: 
  • Configuring/Updating Centers of Excellence 
  • Configuring/Updating Employee Journeys 
  • Configuring/Updating Employee Lifecycle Events
