Position: Advertising Specialist

Working Hours: Predominantly US business hours (Pacific Time).

Hiring Company: 

We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents and customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 with a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Managers, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture.

Position Summary:

As an Advertising Specialist, you will create and manage successful B2B online ad campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads at a target cost per lead for the Sales Team to pursue. Campaigns will be run on multiple platforms at your discretion. Responsibilities include audience targeting, creating or sourcing ad creative, landing page creation or direction of website specialist, and full campaign management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop ad strategy and execution plan.

2. Manage the creation of landing pages and creative.

3. Execute ad campaigns across multi-channels.

  1. * Experience owning & achieving advertising lead quota with B2B service/product at $12K-$60K / year client value.
  2. * Experience managing campaigns: targeting, doing/managing creative and landing pages, organization, etc. 
  3. * Experience with campaign testing and analytics to consistently find winning campaigns to operationalize.  
  4. Experience managing team members to execute campaign tasks (i.e., creative, landing pages, etc.).

Role-based:

  1. * Metrics-driven & self-motivated, able to set/keep a pace independently daily.
  2. * Competitive & driven to win, especially in adversity or challenges. Enjoys pursuing challenges. 
  3. * Technical experience configuring/integrating ad/funnel systems, including direct or indirect work via the tech team.
