Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations within marketplace platforms. You will be a pivotal part of our sales team, contributing to the organizations growth by providing excellent customer service and optimizing marketplace strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly.


Marketplace Operations:

  • Assist in the setup and optimization of listings and inventory on marketplace platforms.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.


Sales Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance marketplace presence.
  • Drive revenue by implementing effective sales campaigns.


Data Management and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports to management.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to marketplace audiences.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting.


Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and online communication platforms.
