Job description

NEW GUARDS GROUP
New Guards Group is the home to 9 international luxury brands: Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh, Palm Angels, Unravel Project, Heron Preston, Alanui, Kirin Peggy Gou, Opening Ceremony, and Ambush. We work with the understanding that fashion and luxury can be different: community-based, quality-driven, collaborative, truly global, and quick. Our brands and products stem from creative and managerial innovation and the philosophy of Made in Italy. We're redefining the way luxury is conceived, communicated, and shared. Where others see limits, we see goals.

NGG is part of the FARFETCH Group and recently created a spin-off business NGGH++ that will be a growth accelerator and an incubator of new ideas, brands, and businesses.

OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Supply Planning Analyst with full, end-to-end planning and purchasing responsibility for a category or product line. You assess demand levels through digital forecasts and B2B Sales orders. Your efforts will enable go-to-market plans, successful sell-through at retail, and optimize inventory throughout the season. You will greatly impact our ability to deliver in full and on time, and the bottom line.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You will plan and calculate supply needs and stock projections, given monthly demand levels, buy cut off and specific constraints (MOQ, production Lead times, buffer stock).
  • You will submit forecasts and orders to the global sourcing and supply planning team in Boston and ensure that purchase orders are accepted and executed in full.
  • You will track and trace purchase orders, expedite them as necessary against delivery goals, and hand them off to the logistics team for inbound shipping.
  • You will monitor demand and supply throughout the order deadlines, PO delivery, and the shipping season, solve gaps and issues, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • You will drive forecast accuracy through a thorough analysis of historic and current data, as well as a fluent collaboration with Merchandising, Sales, and the Digital team.
  • You will become an expert in MS Dynamics 365 and develop accurate supply plans.
  • You will build excellent working relationships with counterparts in Product, Sales, Digital, Finance, Customer Ops, and Logistics to deliver on our promise to customers. Analyze and improve internal processes and involve IT to create fast and efficient solutions.
  • You will support your manager on projects and requests of the larger Operations team.

  • WHO ARE YOU
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning & Analytics, at international consumer goods companies.
  • You have a background in the sporting goods or fashion industry is preferred.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, experience with BI/reporting and/or data visualization tools is a plus
  • You have proven experience with ERP tools (preferably MS Dynamics 365), MRP solutions, with passion for analysis and strong sense of number.
  • You demonstrate a strong conceptual understanding of supply chain business models.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills are a must.
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural environment and fostering diversity and inclusion.

  • REWARDS & BENEFITS
  • As a start, fixed term contract with a competitive compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)
  • Lunch tickets
  • Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns
  • Brand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan
