Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team and support our client who provide customized solutions that align with your unique business needs. You will be responsible for curating and executing a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include developing content, managing platforms, analyzing metrics, etc.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the agency's client's business goals and target audience.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
  • Analyze social media data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and copywriters, SEO specialist, web designers, sales and marketing to create cohesive social media content and social media advertising.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other data analytics software.
  • Perform similar tasks above in relation to the agency's own social media presence
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, including new platforms and tools, and implement these insights into strategies.

  • Experience: 3 years (intermediate wanting to be senor)
