Qual Research Operations Manager

Position: Qual Research Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 3pm to 12am PST

About the Role: Are you a strategic thinker passionate about healthcare market research? We're seeking an experienced Research Manager to lead our Philippines-based team in executing high-impact projects for clients across the United States. In this role, you'll leverage your administrative skills and market research expertise to oversee project operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US teams, coordinating project tasks and ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Operations and Senior Operations Executives to maximise their potential and drive excellence.
  • Oversee the creation and completion of administrative tasks, including developing screeners, discussion guides, project documents, and compliance forms.
  • Optimise work allocation to ensure efficient resource utilization and support business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions, and performance appraisals, and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
  • Utilise project management software to track and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working in a market research agency, with a proven track record of creating and reviewing qualitative market research materials.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and ensuring quality and compliance in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects is required.
