Key responsabilities:
- Serve as contact for group representatives and brokers
- Produce educational materials and conduct benefit meetings
- Provide renewal consultation and plan design advice
- Prepare plan performance reports and assist with analysis
- Offer new programs/services and ensure compliance reporting
