Your Role: 

As the Vice President of Sales, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the sales function while acting as a key individual contributor, personally driving sales and closing major deals in addition to managing a high-performance sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & Implement Strategy: Craft and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the workers’ compensation and managed care industries.
  • Lead & Sell: Act as a player-coach, guiding a high-performing sales team while directly engaging in key sales activities and closing major accounts.
  • Drive Revenue: Take ownership of individual and team revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth through both your own sales efforts and team success.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including insurance carriers, TPAs, healthcare providers, and employers.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and enhance our market position.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to maintain our position as a leader in the market.

Requirements

Proven Track Record of the following:

  1. Revenue Growth: Drive growth through the effective execution of the national sales strategy.
  2. Team Performance: Lead regional sales teams to meet or exceed individual and collective sales goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
  3. Sales Efficiency and Optimization: Optimize the sales process across regions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Market Penetration and Competitiveness: Expand EK Health Services Inc.’s market presence across key regions and continuously adapt the sales strategy based on market insights and competitive analysis.
  5. Strategic Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and strategic sales forecasts, and ensure alignment between sales activities and the company’s overall growth objectives.
