Job description

Are you a hunter and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for enabling the future of manufacturing and production? My client is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join the team in France.

About the Role:

As a sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the French sales organization, joining an established team. Based in the Le Man’s area or working remotely, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing the European sales strategy in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, providing expert advice and support.
  • Business Development: Prospect for new customers and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director and marketing team to support the overall sales strategy.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics or metallurgy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (B2/C1 level).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
