Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the friendly voice guiding users through our cutting-edge smartphone tours and games. This role blends customer support with administrative tasks, offering a diverse and engaging workday. You’ll assist customers with app downloads, troubleshoot basic issues, and handle general inquiries while also contributing to the company’s smooth operations through various administrative duties. If you’re passionate about travel, technology, and helping others, this position provides an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on user experiences in a flexible, remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone and potentially other channels
  • Guide users through app downloads and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Assist customers with missing codes and general tour-related questions
  • Perform essential administrative tasks like data entry and file management
  • Conduct basic research to support company operations and tour development
  • Help with client outreach, including invoice follow-ups
  • Draft simple documents and presentations to support the team
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Adapt to cover extended support hours, ensuring constant availability for customers
Requirements
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in smartphone use and ability to troubleshoot basic app issues
  • Basic administrative skills, including data entry and file management
  • Ability to multitask between customer service and administrative duties
  • Comfortable with remote work and various digital tools
  • Flexible schedule to cover extended support hours (7 AM to 10-11 PM Eastern time)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Passion for travel and technology
  • Adaptability to work across different time zones and collaborate with a remote team
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
