This is a remote position.


Scope:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM PHT)
  • Includes a 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a B2B Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging C-level executives, particularly CFOs, to promote our client’s comprehensive managed IT services. You’ll leverage your extensive B2B sales experience to set appointments with key decision-makers, showcasing how our client’s solutions can transform their IT infrastructure. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while honing your sales skills in a dynamic, remote environment.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to C-level executives, focusing on CFOs in the Australian market
  • Articulate the value proposition of managed IT services, network solutions, cloud computing, and security offerings
  • Utilize provided databases to identify and engage high-potential leads
  • Customize pitches for each prospect while adhering to company guidelines
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and lead generation targets
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities and appointments in the company’s CRM system
  • Provide regular performance updates and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies


Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging C-level executives
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills in a virtual work environment
