Key Responsibilities:

Manage enterprise service management data, ensuring its quality and integrity.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.
Discuss with IT and business units to understand data usage and implications for data quality.
Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Create and generate operational reports – inclusive of Integer, partners and vendors - where needed.
Facilitate data cleansing and enrichment activities to maintain high data standards.
Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance best practices.
Work with data architects and IT teams to ensure that data management practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
A detail oriented individual focused on data quality and governance.
Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with enterprise service management tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
