About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and design initiatives to ensure that Cityblock operates efficiently and effectively in support of our mission and goals. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Business Partners & Organizational Effectiveness, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational structures, processes, and systems to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership and HR Partners to assess, scope, develop, and deploy organizational effectiveness solutions to enhance organizational performance, including organizational design and alignment, change management, and continuous process improvement
Lead the design and implementation of strategies to improve organizational structures, processes, and systems to support business objectives, drive efficiency, and support the future workforce
Lead change management and communication efforts to ensure successful implementation of people related initiatives. Conduct change impact assessments and analyses to identify key initiatives' needs, risks, and opportunities
Develop plans and implementation strategies to address upcoming changes in people, processes, and technology
Support HR programs and projects by creating and delivering clear, consistent messages and materials that communicate the vision, benefits, and expectations
Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain solid relationships with leaders and team members and act as a trusted advisor and change champion
Establish key performance indicators and metrics to assess organizational health and the impact of organizational effectiveness initiatives
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in organizational effectiveness and design to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational design, or related field, preferably in the healthcare industry, in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required. Preference for Master's degree in Organizational Development
PROSCI certification, or similar change management certification, required
Strong strategy development, organizational design and operating model optimization skills
Experience in developing effective and scalable solutions
Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed
Demonstrated analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$155,000 to $180,000
