This is a contract opportunity located in Los Angeles, CA (Remote, with occasional on-site as needed)

About this Position:
This Project Manager role is focused on delivering high-quality activations and initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, problem solver, and team player with the ability to produce world-class events representing our company's brands.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to execute activations, including timelines, budgets, event location sourcing, vendor management, and communication with creators and partners.
• Maintain organized status sheets, job folders, and contribute to G Suite slides, decks, documents, and sheets.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, coordinating with external vendors (e.g., agencies, venues, production companies).
• Professionally communicate with creators and partners, gathering and sharing social posts in real-time.
• Track data and report on performance to estimate ROI and assess project outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on activation priorities.

Job Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with a background in agency and activations.
• Proven project management skills, including experience overseeing event execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience within tech industry

Pay Range:

• $30-35/hr
