Trade Support Analyst
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a Hybrid role located in New York, NY. (3 days in-office)


About this Position

This role is part of a dynamic team within the Operations division, which supports the Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales and Trading desks. The position involves direct trade support, risk management, and client service for a global client base, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Corporates.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support for FX Sales and Trading desks and assist with FX products across teams.
  • Manage and mitigate operational risks through the full FX trade flow.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trading on trade bookings, allocations, amendments, and give-ups.
  • Review and resolve exceptions and discrepancies across internal systems and external counterparties.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks to mitigate risks and deliver client excellence.
Job Skills/Requirements
  • Knowledge of Foreign Exchange products, including Spot, Forwards, Options, and Exotic Trades.
  • Previous experience in Middle Office or Trading Assistant roles.
  • Strong understanding of risk management in trading.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to drive automation and process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Range
