Job Summary
The Vice President, Commercial Enablement will lead a global cross functional team that is responsible to set the Health Solutions strategic direction; support the commercial teams through full customer lifecycle by providing market and business intelligence, Marketing Communications, quoting, pricing & proposals and the administrative duties related to all commercial activities to increase business effectiveness. This individual will be responsible for participating in the formation of segment and strategic plans, ensuring we position Flex to provide end to end value across all solutions that align to our market verticals and strategic customers.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Responsible for managing a global cross functional enablement team in the areas of business strategy, sales operations, out bound marketing, sales force training, deal design, proactive proposals, quoting, support and validation.
- Collaborate with Health Solutions market segment leaders to develop content, collateral, competitive intelligence, and lead generation for new business, organic growth, and innovation activities.
- Assist in closing strategic, large scale and/or complex sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding and resolution of questions regarding our product, solutions, and services.
- Management of sales process, CRM system, pipeline management & reporting, and proposals
- Create presentations for BU President and Health Solutions Leadership Team
- Analyze and understand customer’s business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities and align Flex’s resources where mutually beneficial.
- Define commercial priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs that will strengthen Flex’s market penetration.
- Define business priorities to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand, and drive market penetration.
- Set, manage, and drive key enablement services and capabilities to increase deal accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Effectively brief and leverage senior executives on strategy and tactics to create and enhance customer proposals and consummate deals.
- Provide tailored marketing content, sales messaging and content demonstrating our value proposition.
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- 15+ years of experience preferably in the Healthcare industry and functional expertise in strategic planning / M&A, integrated marketing and deal quoting
- Ability to understand the Health Solutions market and utilize Flex capabilities to create a winning value proposition
- Expertise in creating comprehensive integrated marketing plans for the Healthcare/ Medical industry
- Related experience with marketing, commercial, operational, and financial management
- Experience providing direction to a cross functional team to meet customer expectations and deliver financial results within the medical industry
- Ability to demonstrate detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas within Healthcare by leveraging a functional knowledge across multiple business elements with the ability to understands the strategic impact of each in the proposed customer solution
- 20-25% travel
