Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter, ideally with agency experience, to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Agency Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our diverse client base across various industries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or third-party setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
