Job Description

Scoping

• Coordinate with all stakeholders on bidding processes.

• Organize and document supplier meetings, site inspections, pre-bid conferences, and other bid-related activities for all involved stakeholders.

• Review bidding documents to ensure alignment with PBSP policy and provide updates on bidding status.

 

Planning

• Monitor project timelines in the procurement plan and provide regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Summarize the procurement plan for vendor sourcing efforts and update progress on all projects within the plan.

• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the procurement plan’s status and address any necessary actions.

 

Administrative

• Support the Senior Estimating Manager in team management and operations.

• Maintain records of meetings for reference and audit purposes.

• Prepare reports as requested.

 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

 

Pay: From Php 35,000.00 per month

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Pacific Standard Time shift
  • Monday to Friday

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
