Day to Day Support : Manage patch and app deployments by following change management process

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Security and Compliance / Business Integrity

• Strictly adhere to the set procedures and follow the guidelines and fully aware of SGS security policies and company standards.
• Maintain system compliance
• Documentation maintained to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Support Microsoft Endpoint manager (Intune) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for Application, Windows patch, and operating system deployments
• Maintaining the VAPT report tracker and fixing the vulnerability reported in the stipulated timing.

Education : Any graduation and above

Relevant Experience : 4 Years of experience in managing SCCM/Intune activities (Patch management, OS task sequence, App Deployments)
