What You’ll Do:

ATTN: is looking for a forward-thinking Creative Director to lead creative ideation and production for our partners – on social and off. You will be responsible for a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and the development of strategically-sound, on-brand, on-trend creative. You live and breathe all things internet, and you aspire to make work that creates culture. You will be responsible for creating work that is wholly original, fresh, and exceeds client expectations – work that works. And most importantly, you are equal parts leader and doer – not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the work to where it needs to be before big client meetings and before work goes out the door.

  • Help lead the day-to-day creative development of large scale campaign initiatives and always on social for a variety of clients
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging cultural trends, platform functionality and find ways to integrate your findings into the work
  • Work with Strategy, Account Service, Project Management and Production teams to create presentation materials including keynote presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and video reels to sell concepts
  • Exert a high standard for creative excellence and attention to detail to produce work that exceeds client expectations and makes us all feel inspired
  • Manage and mentor a group of creatives to ensure creative excellence across pitches and active campaigns, inspiring your team to constantly push the boundaries and make better work
  • Be the creative leader on your accounts, asking the right questions and pushing the work to surprise & delight clients with award-contending work

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years agency experience with a focus in social, creative advertising, or entertainment
  • A social native, with a keen understanding of the functionality of all platforms and content best practices
  • A deep understanding of ever evolving social space with a keen eye for viral content, trends on emerging social media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience creatively leading social video production and bigger brand platforms or campaigns that scale beyond social
  • A leader who will bring structure, inspiration and guidance to team of creatives
  • Thrive as a player-coach who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on with the work
  • Experience translating strategy and insights into creative approaches
  • Strong project management, attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Proven self-starter, detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Exert confidence and charisma to help develop meaningful client relationships
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation:

This position has an estimated annual salary range of $135,000-$200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
