This position requires a full or associate level licensed clinician to complete intake assessments, and associated tasks, for individuals seeking services. The clinician will not be responsible for an individual caseload but may be asked to support occasionally with remote groups or updating treatment plans. This position will be office-based for approximately three months while learning processes and procedures of the open access model, then will transition to remote work up to 4 days per week if preferred. Once transitioned to remote, there will be a minimum of one day per week in office rotating between our Bakersville, NC and Marion, NC offices.

Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical intake services for adults, adolescents, and children (primarily adult).
- Serving individuals with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
- Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community through the intake process.
- Supporting individuals with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment as needed.
- Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting treatment implementation.
Ability to work as a valued member of a dedicated team, enabling people RHA supports to identify and achieve personal goals, experience, meaningful days, participated in the community, and live more independently.
