Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related administrative role. 
  • Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all forms of correspondence. 
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that enhance business performance. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform product offerings. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. 
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly via email and chat. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
