Responsible for people management across the corporate office and PAN India Resorts
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Recruitment & Selection
Training
Employee engagement initiatives
Employee Satisfaction
Rewards and Recognition
Statutory & Legal compliances
Dealing with Trade Union / IR and Labour Negotiations
Dealing with Government / semi-government agencies
Liasioning with Political / Social groups
Employee Separations
Reduce attrition resort-wise and map reasons for separations
Performance Management
Monthly Report

Requirements:
Must have 12-15 years of corporate HR experience handling the entire gamut of HR function
Must have IR and Trade Union handling experience
Post-Graduate – MSW/HR/IR
