Job description

The Opportunity 

As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the RevOps team that supports the company’s broader GTM team and initiatives. Core responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our CRM, including related tools and integrations that are part of our tech stack. As the company’s Salesforce expert, your mission will be to empower our internal teams to achieve their goals by optimizing workflows, automating processes, integrating new systems, ensuring accurate data entry, and troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively.

This role offers a tremendous opportunity to make a positive impact with a rapidly growing company and to work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, Partner, Customer Success, & Finance teams at Beyond Identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong Salesforce technical skill set, ability to prioritize multiple work streams, communicate well with key stakeholders, execute in a fast paced environment, drive towards simple solutions to complex problems, and be eager to learn.

This position is hybrid and requires a regular presence at our New York City office a few days each week.

What You Can Expect to Do:

  • Configure Salesforce and related applications - such as Hubspot, Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, and 6sense - to ensure seamless data flow and integrations
  • Identify & implement SFDC custom fields, flows, and processes that will reduce friction and automate manual work for end users
  • Manage integrations to related tools and platforms, ensuring systems are operational and pushing/pulling data accurately and within usage limits
  • Monitor data entry and reporting for accuracy through validation rules & regular review and cleansing of data
  • Assist with documentation on processes for technical implementation and rollout to internal teams
  • Build reports & dashboards to assist individual team members and management in measuring progress against goals, efficacy of new initiatives, and improving performance
  • Support internal users by responding to training needs and technical questions as they arise

What we Hope You’ll Bring:

  • 2-5 years experience administering Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus, but not required
  • In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with a good understanding of business processes
  • Experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes, including change management
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Fluency with G-Suite & Excel
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Orum, ZoomInfo, 6sense or equivalent systems is a plus
