Job description

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Leura clinic.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders

Are you a MATCH?

  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills
