We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Fintech Startup. Our client is 5M USD funded Fintech platform based at Goregaon, Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the founder’s office
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports and also records maintenance
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Drafting, Collecting, and Collating all the information in the form of memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc
Handle admin and all other telecommunication routine office tasks and responsibilities
Contribute to the efficiency of the organization by providing personalized and timely support to executive members
Looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a self-starting, proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. The following qualifications are essential:
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline or Management Qualification will be an added advantage
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Founder’s Office Role with a strong track record of achievement
Eye for detail with a high sense of responsibility and punctuality
Effective and efficient communication (written & oral) with a strong executive presence
Ability to function independently without supervision
Go-getter attitude and ability to work well under compressed timelines
