Job description

Talent Acquisition Partner
Atlanta, GA (onsite)
8+Month Contract


In this role, you will be working closely with various internal business partners to deliver high quality candidates that fit both the job specifications and the company's culture. While guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Client selection process, you will help advance Client's employment brand across our local markets and the asset management community. You will be focused on supporting our internal clients by sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent who are at their best in a culture of collaboration, diversity of thought and corporate citizenship.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within Client; from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding
• Partners with business leaders and hiring managers within Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to understand and support the talent acquisition needs and to develop a multi-faceted recruitment strategy
• Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire and as workforce planning needs dictate.
• Develops complete and detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, reasonable timeline, specific sourcing strategy and appropriate interview process
• Constantly participates in the new development of ongoing creative and efficient sourcing strategies
• Leverages LinkedIn Recruiter, other online resume databases and in-house applicant tracking system (Workday) to identify and recruit the best candidates
• Participate in special projects/ recruiting initiatives as needed
Work Experience / Knowledge:
• 5+ years of Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
• Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting for complex roles in a competitive market, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a high volume of recruiting
• Strong understanding of HR terminology, practices and their application as they pertain to the recruitment cycle (i.e. benefits, compensation).
• Must be detail oriented and self motivated with strong initiative and follow-through, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to successfully create and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.
• Ability to create and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract passive talent in LinkedIn Recruiter
