What you'll be doing
- Maintenance of business critical payment services and products of the group of companies
- Providing monitoring and detection of problems and faults in payment services
- Prompt incident response
- Creating incident reports
- Appointment and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents
- Designate of employees responsible for resolving incidents and coordinate different units in case of complex incidents
- Development of a centralized monitoring system
- Configuring of products' traffic settings
- Deployment of products' releases
- Ability to solve general issues
What you'll need to be successful in the role
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; basic skills in operating system administration
- Familiar with basic networking concepts
- General knowledge of IT monitoring concepts
- Troubleshooting skills are welcome
- Experience with Zabbix and Grafana or similar monitoring systems
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar service management tools
- English - B1 Intermediate
- Readiness to work at the intersection of business and IT
- Ability to react quickly in case of emergency
- Careful and responsible person
Would be a plus:
- Experience with GitLab
- Knowledge of scripting languages: bash / sh, python
- Ability to write basic SQL queries
- Experience with MSSQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL DBMS
