Job description

We are looking for a Senior HR Workday Business System Analyst who will partner with key stakeholders to provide consultative guidance to integrate Workday with business systems. Additionally, you will also partner with our Compensation team each year, so you must have extensive knowledge of the Workday Advanced Compensation module. Also, you will work on configuration, maintenance, training, support for new releases, integrations, and technical user support of HR Technology solutions.  The successful candidate will provide structure and leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business and translate needs into technical solutions and ensure internal client satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Configure system changes in Workday for Core Compensation, Advance Compensation, and Security
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help recommend process improvement.  Applies change management to facilitate new levels of quality
  • Document business process requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to design thoughtful solutions
  • Assist with developing, testing and troubleshooting integrations
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases
  • Provide production support, including researching and resolving HR technology problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Responsible for writing reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in Workday with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies

What you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years configuring advance compensation and core compensation
  • Experienced working on cross functional teams and providing Workday system guidance to solve issues and process improvements
  • Experience acting as a liaison between HR Technology and all users of Workday
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience driving business relationships and processes
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience influencing Workday process design and configuration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective verbal and writing communication skills
  • Desire to champion new Workday modules
  • Workday certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
