Our work depends on Program Analyst joining our team to support development, maintenance, programming, modernization and database administration services for all OASH applications and enterprise cloud services.
HOW A SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide comprehensive documentation and information necessary to analyze processes, procedures, and/or policies that were implemented in the creation of the applications.
- Provide business process analysis expertise with regard to optimizing the utilization and adoption of the software platform among government users.
- Provide full technical documentation for all software development efforts and product releases with all information necessary to document processes, procedures, code artifacts, and/or policies that were implemented in the creation of the development work.
- Provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
Required:
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience providing business analysis support for Healthcare payroll, HR, and back office applications
- Experience working with OASH
- Experience providing business process analysis expertise with regard to optimizing the utilization and adoption of the software platform among government users
- Experience leading full technical documentation for all software development efforts and product releases with all information necessary to document processes, procedures, code artifacts, and/or policies that were implemented in the creation of the development work
- Experience preparing high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation
Desired:
- Agile Scrum (CSM) certification would be a plus
- Experience in low-code/no-code platform
- Military/Navy background preferred
- Experience with SQL, Salesforce, and C Sharp

The likely salary range for this position is $76,690 - $94,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
